Life is filled with celebrations. During our lifetime there are many events that we celebrate. Some events are larger then others and some are much smaller and more private but they are celebrated non the less. There are many occasions that are celebrated as holidays as well as with milestones. Then there are a few celebrations that are only celebrated by certain groups or religions. In the Jewish religion there is an event that celebrates when young girls and young boys are coming of age. Entering into the world of adulthood is marked with a celebration consisting of delicious foods and speeches as well as a lot of celebrating which is can include dancing. Family and friends gather for this event. The event is called a mitzvah. For young girls the event is a bat mitzvah and for young boys the event is called a bar mitzvah. There is a lot of bat mitzvah and bar mitzvah planning that takes place long before the actual event arrives. There are different occupations that just seem to fit certain people. I think somehow you just know inside of you what direction you would like to go with your life from an early age even if you do not know the path that you will take to get there. That was the case for my sister. She knew from an early age that she wanted to be a nurse. She would picture herself in nurse uniforms constantly because that was her goal. She tailored her education in the early years around that goal and she stayed the course. Before we knew it she was graduating and ready to fulfill her path. I will never forget the first time we saw her in her nurses scrubs. We all got so emotional because we realized she was now living her dream after a life time of dedication to that goal. We were and are so proud. We are also proud of all the nurses that work so hard to help people. It is a tireless job for sure. That is a big help because nurses do not have a lot of time to shop. It is the nursing staff at any hospital that makes your stay more comfortable and is there when you need them all hours of the day and night. It can be a very comforting sight to see those scrubs come around the corner when you need them. Seeing the dedication that my sister has to her profession I understand better the sacrifices that nurses go through every day all in the name of helping people.

When it comes to women there are so many things that we need to stay on top of when it is about good health. Women’s bodies have so many things they have to deal with. From child birth to menopause women’s bodies are on an ebb and flow sequence all of the time. For those reasons women’s bodies have times that they need extra attention to make them stay healthy. there are so many things that we need to know when it comes to womens health and womens fitness. Looking and feeling our best is vital to good health. We have to pay attention to our bodies which is easier to do if we are armed with good information. This is particularly true when it comes to childbirth and pregnancy. Keeping up to date on pregnancy information is very important for women as well as their partners. We should all stay informed. I have been reading the news and watch some TV reality shows, more than I really wanted to. The one thing I noticed was more women are saying they are poker professionals. This got me to thinking that poker has all ways been a male dominated game. Most of all the tournaments have males showing up at the poker final tables, but I am seeing more and more females stating their main profession is a poker pro. Very interesting, another male profession to be taken over by females, it will take about 5-10 years more of growing female poker players before we see the game of poker being dominated women. There is lots of money in poker, it is mental with luck that enables someone to be successful in poker.

When my girls were graduating kindergarten we gave them both a Cinderella watch to mark the big event. We explained to them that they would next go to a big school and this watch would tell them when it was time to come home. The teachers told us that they would keep the class informed with the little hands on their watches when it was time to pack up their things. My girls are both graduating high school this year and they both wear the same Cinderella watches although they have had many bands through the years. My wife and I are going to give our girls watches for graduation to set them on their next adventure in life and we know they will both be very excited but will probably not want to take off their Cinderalla watches. We have found several that we are trying to decide between in the Citizen eco drive ladies watch collection. We are not sure if we want them to match each other or if it is time to switch them up a little. We have a little time to figure all that out mean while it is fun to shop. My wife has already found the one she wants and I did not even know I was shopping for her!
