When a friend of ours started his business there were so many things to do just to get it going. He had an online business that was doing well so he decided that they would also open a local business. There were still things that had to be done just a short time before he opened from getting his merchant account set up to finalizing everything within the store itself. He was still setting up his ACH merchant account just a couple of days before he opened. This was too close for me but I am a planner and he is not.
